Before launching Tuckler Advisory Group, I spent years working across the commercial lending landscape — learning how banks underwrite, how private credit funds evaluate risk, and where specialty lenders can move faster than traditional institutions.
That experience taught me something important: most deals don't fail because of the borrower. They fail because they're packaged wrong, sent to the wrong lenders, or structured in a way that creates unnecessary friction in underwriting.
